Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product and packaging.
We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Securely package the item and send it back as instructed.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process approved refunds within 7 business days.
Since Revolutionary Finds accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed refund method arranged by our customer support team.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide appropriate assistance regarding the return process.
